I graduated Chiropractic school in 2014, but it wasn’t until I became pregnant with my first child in 2017 that I realized how little information was out there for pregnant women. I took extra seminars in chiropractic for pregnancy and pediatrics, specifically, as I wanted to help set my kids up the best I could and prepare myself for future pregnancies. As a mom, I know how easy it is to lose ourselves in the role of being a mom and I want to help take care of moms so they can take care of their families. I have taken courses on nutrition specifically for prenatal, postpartum, and pediatrics. I continue to learn so I can expand my knowledge so I can best help my patients. I want to help moms feel their best so they have the energy to keep up with their kids and are able to give them the best version of themselves.
