Which Service is Right for You?
Prenatal / Post-partum
During pregnancy, you will be assessed and adjusted by using the Webster Technique. We adjust the entire spine and address any other issues that may be present such as ankle pain, wrist pain, TMJ, and headaches.
Cesarean mommas! We also work on scar mobilization to help free up the incision area of scar tissue and adhesions, minimize keloiding, and to prevent any future biomechanical issues. In each visit we will also go over exercises to help the core and pelvic floor prepare for labor—or to help reconnect the two after having birthed the baby.
Nutritional support will also be included. It will be personalized for each trimester and as we prepare the body for labor, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding to reduce postnatal depletion.Soft tissue work is always included to address rib pain, hip pain, round ligament pain, and upper back pains.
We work on mobility of key areas—ribs, pelvis, abdominals—to help minimize diastasis recti, rib flaring, and leakage.
A chiropractic approach primarily used on pregnant individuals. It focuses on the sacroiliac joint, which connects the spine to the pelvis, to balance the pelvis, reduce stress on the uterus and supporting ligaments. It’s not a means to turn a breech baby, as sometimes claimed, but rather to create a more optimal environment for the baby to assume the correct position for birth.
Chiropractors using the Webster Technique perform specific adjustments and soft tissue work tissue work to help improve pelvic alignment and reduce tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments during pregnancy, which can potentially facilitate a smoother, less complicated childbirth.
Increases strength in core and pelvis to increase stability, ensure smoother delivery and increase recovery time. Adjustment to help get you out of your birthing pattern, the position of your pelvis when you gave birth. It will help your body adjust to the absence of a baby in the belly, support carrying a newborn and breastfeeding, if doing so. Pelvic Floor and core exercises also help reconnect the pelvic floor and core; restore pelvic floor to help incontinence, leakage and/or prolapse.
Nutritional support for each trimester and any deficiencies that can occur during pregnancy. Replenish the body from nutrients depleted during pregnancy and support the nutritional needs and demands of breastfeeding.

A practice that involves the placement of cups on the skin to create suction. The suction is believed to promote blood flow, reduce pain, and relieve tension. It can leave marks on the skin that last for a few days. The health benefits include relaxation and the treatment of certain ailments.
A physical therapy that uses high-frequency sound waves to treat various musculoskeletal conditions. It can be used to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance tissue healing in conditions like muscle strains, tendonitis, and joint injuries. It’s typically a painless and non-invasive treatment, and the choice of settings, including the intensity and duration of the ultrasound, is determined by doctor based on the patient’s specific needs and condition.
Also known as electrical or neuromuscular stimulation (EMS or NMES), is a therapeutic technique that involves applying electrical currents to muscles or nerves in the body. It can be used for physical therapy or fitness to help with pain management, rehabilitate and strengthen muscles, as well as prevent muscle atrophy, improve circulation and stimulate nerves.
